Rounding out the top 5 of the "Billboard Hot 100, Katy Perry was very well received this week with the theme 'ET' in second place, followed by Rihanna with 'S & M', Cee-Lo Green for 'F * * k You (Forget You) 'and Black Eyed Peas with' Just Can not Get Enough 'in fifth position.
